Capella class help guarantees
Capella class help guarantees are worth reading carefully, because the promises a service makes tell you how it actually works. Many services advertise a grade. We do not, and the reason matters: no writer controls how a Capella instructor scores a paper, so any promise of a specific grade is a promise that cannot be kept. What we can promise is everything inside our control, and those promises are real: every criterion in the scoring guide answered, revisions until it is, originality checked before delivery, work that arrives ahead of your date, and a line around your Capella account that we never cross. This page sets out each guarantee and the one we refuse to make.
Short answer. Guaranteed: every scoring guide criterion answered, revisions included until it is, originality checked before delivery, early arrival, privacy and no use of your login. Not guaranteed: a specific grade, because no one but your instructor controls the score.
Capella guarantee one: every criterion answered
Capella grades on scoring guides, and every assessment we deliver is built to answer each criterion fully. Before drafting, the writer turns the guide into a checklist. After drafting, a field reviewer reads the paper against the guide, criterion by criterion, and returns anything that answers a criterion only in passing.
This is the guarantee that matters most in FlexPath, where an assessment with one criterion at basic is returned for revision. It is also the reason most of our work passes on first submission. If a criterion was missed, the work is not finished, and we finish it at no charge.
Capella guarantee two: revisions until it is right
If your instructor returns an assessment for revision, send us the feedback and the same writer revises it against every comment. There is no extra charge, no limited number of revisions and no window that closes while you wait for grading. If the draft missed the brief entirely rather than needing a polish, it is rewritten.
Revisions usually return within two or three days, with a note on what changed. The reviewer rechecks the criteria before the revision reaches you. For FlexPath students with a limited number of attempts on an assessment, that speed and accuracy is what keeps the course moving.
Capella guarantee three: originality checked before delivery
Every piece is written new for your course. We never reuse another student's work, never sell or share yours and never draw from a library of past papers. Before delivery, every piece is checked for originality, and sources are verified so that every citation points to a real, accessible publication.
You are not asked to take originality on trust. If you want to see the similarity result for a piece, ask and it is sent with the file. And if anything in a delivered piece ever raised a concern, it would be rewritten at once.
Capella guarantee four: work that arrives ahead of your date
Every assessment is given an internal due date a few days before its real one, so you have time to read it, ask for changes and submit without rushing. In FlexPath, that calendar keeps the whole course inside your billing session. In GuidedPath, discussion drafts arrive a day or two before each mid-week deadline and assignments two or three days before theirs.
If something on our side would delay a piece, you hear about it in advance, not on the due date. A second writer is briefed on your file, so illness or holidays do not stall your course.
Capella guarantee five: your account and your privacy
We never ask for your Capella username or password, never log into your courseroom, never post or submit on your behalf and never contact your instructor, your academic coach or your employer. Your files reach you through the channel you choose, and only you decide what to submit.
Your work and your details are seen only by your writer, a briefed backup and the reviewers. Nothing that identifies your employer, colleagues, patients or clients is written into a paper. When your course or program ends, your files can be deleted on request. The privacy page sets out exactly what is held and for how long.
The Capella guarantee we refuse to make
We do not guarantee a specific grade, such as distinguished on every criterion or an A in a GuidedPath course. Grades are given by your instructor, who reads your work in the context of your course, their own judgment and sometimes information we never see, such as your participation or earlier submissions.
A service that promises a grade is promising something outside its control, and the promise usually comes with conditions that make it hard to claim. What we promise instead is work built to the scoring guide, reviewed against it and revised until it meets it. In practice, that is what earns proficient and distinguished ratings at Capella.
What the Capella guarantees do not cover
The guarantees cover the writing we deliver. They do not cover the parts of a course that stay with you: proctored or timed checks, recordings of your face or voice, training modules, practicum or clinical hours, data you collect, live sessions and your conversations with your instructor.
They also depend on the brief. If a scoring guide changes after an assessment is written, or important instructions are not shared, the piece is revised to match the new brief at no charge, but the original delivery date may move. We will always tell you if that happens.
Using the Capella guarantees
Using a guarantee is simple. If an assessment comes back, forward the instructor's comments. If something in a draft looks wrong to you before you submit it, tell us what and it is fixed. If a date is at risk, we contact you first.
There is no form to fill in and no argument about whether the guarantee applies. The question is always the same: does the work meet the scoring guide? If it does not, it is not finished, and finishing it is our job.
Capella guarantees across a whole program
For students who hand over several courses or a whole program, the guarantees apply to every assessment, and two more follow from the way the work is organized. The voice of your work stays consistent from course to course, because one writer holds your file and works from your writing sample. And the program stays on schedule, because a second writer is briefed on your file and can step in without the change showing.
If a program plan has to change, for example because your academic coach approves fewer courses than planned or a practicum site delays your hours, the calendar is redrawn and the guarantees carry over unchanged. Nothing already delivered loses its revision cover while the course is open.
How Capella guarantees compare with grade promises elsewhere
Grade guarantees in this market usually come with conditions: a claim window that closes before grades are posted, a requirement to submit the work unchanged, a refund limited to a credit toward more orders. In practice, they are hard to use and cover very little.
Our approach is simpler. If the work does not meet the scoring guide, it is revised until it does, with no claim form and no deadline while the course is open. If a delivered piece cannot be put right on a rewrite, that piece is refunded, as set out in the terms.
