Capella Class Help terms of use
The Capella Class Help terms of use set out what this desk agrees to do, what it will not do at any price, how pricing, revisions and cancellations work, who owns the work and where responsibility sits for how it is used. Most terms pages are written to be skipped; this one is written to be read, in plain language, because the parts that matter to you are short and you should not have to hunt for them. By sending a request or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, ask through the chat panel before you go ahead.
Short answer. We draft coursework to your brief, review it and deliver it to you; you own what is delivered and decide how to use it. Prices are fixed when accepted, revisions are included, and we never use your account, sit tests, record videos or log hours for you.
What Capella Class Help agrees to do
We agree to draft the coursework you ask for, against the brief and scoring guide you supply or that we obtain from the course code, using a writer from the relevant field. We agree to have each piece reviewed by a field reviewer and checked for APA 7 and originality before delivery, and to deliver it ahead of the date on the agreed calendar.
We agree to revise delivered work at no charge when your instructor asks for changes or when a piece does not meet its scoring guide, while the course remains open. And we agree to keep your information private as described on the privacy page.
What Capella Class Help will not do
Some things are outside the service at any price. We will not log into your Capella account or any other student account, submit or post on your behalf, sit any proctored, timed or live assessment, record audio or video in your place, complete training modules under your name, log practicum or clinical hours, collect research data, or contact instructors, academic coaches, employers or anyone else as you.
We will not invent data, falsify records of hours or activities, or write anything designed to misrepresent events that happened at a practicum site or workplace. Documents that report on your activities are written from the notes you provide.
Capella Class Help quotes and payment
Each quote is given in writing and states what it covers: the course or assessments, the calendar and the price. Once accepted, a quote stays where it is, except where the scope changes, such as a new scoring guide, an added assessment or a change of course, and in that case you are told the new figure before any additional work starts.
Payment can be made per course or in parts tied to your session dates. Nothing is charged before you accept a quote. Card payments are handled by a payment processor. The first custom piece on a new course is provided free, as described on the request and samples pages.
Capella Class Help revisions
Revisions are included in every quote. If your instructor returns an assessment, send the feedback and the same writer will revise it against each comment. If a delivered piece does not meet its scoring guide, or missed the brief, it will be revised or rewritten.
Revisions are made promptly, usually within two or three days. They apply to the brief as it stood when the piece was written, and to later changes in the brief, which are handled at no charge for the piece concerned. Revisions do not extend to new assessments that were not part of the agreed work.
Cancelling Capella Class Help
You can stop at any point. Delivered work remains yours, and no charge is made for work that has not begun. If a delivered piece does not answer its scoring guide and cannot be put right on a rewrite, that piece is refunded. A grade that disappoints after the work met the brief is not covered, because no one outside your classroom awards the grade.
We may decline or stop work if a request falls outside these terms, for example a request to log in to an account or sit a proctored test, or if payment for delivered work is not made. In that case you receive any work already completed and paid for.
Ownership of Capella Class Help work
Once paid for, the work delivered to you is yours. We do not keep the right to reuse, resell or publish it, and we do not show it to other students. You may edit, adapt or rewrite it as you choose.
Each piece is drafted from scratch for you and scanned for similarity before it is sent, and sources are cited so you can verify them. We do not guarantee any particular grade, because grading is done by your instructor; we guarantee that the work is built to the scoring guide and revised until it meets it, as set out on the guarantees page.
Your responsibilities with Capella Class Help
You are responsible for the information you provide, including the accuracy of course details, dates and any notes about your setting or activities, and for not sending identifying patient, client or employer information. You are responsible for submitting work from your own account and for all the parts of a course that stay with you, such as tests, recordings, hours and data.
What your institution permits is a matter between you and your institution, and decisions about how you use the work we deliver are yours. Capella Class Help is independent: Capella University has no part in it, does not endorse it and has no connection with it.
Changes to the Capella Class Help terms and questions about them
If these terms change, the updated version is posted on this page, and the version in effect when you accepted a quote continues to apply to that quote. Significant changes that affect work in progress are explained to you before they apply.
If you have questions about these terms, or want to raise a concern about the service, use the chat panel or the request form. Every message is read by a person, and you will receive a reply. It is better to ask before accepting a quote than to discover a misunderstanding halfway through a course.
Capella Class Help terms for programs and capstones
Whole-program plans and capstones follow the same terms, with two additions. First, the quote lists each course in the plan and the session it falls in, and payment is spread across those sessions; ending the plan after a course means later courses are not charged. Second, where a capstone or doctoral course depends on your practicum hours, approvals or data, the calendar shows those dependencies, and delivery dates move with them rather than being missed.
Documents that report on practicum activities, site meetings or research are written only from the notes and data you provide, and they must reflect what actually happened. If your plans change, for example a new site or a revised project, the affected documents are revised to match.
